We are glad that you are interested in enrolling your child or children at St. Paul City School.  The registration process has many parts that are required by state law, school district policies, and for data collection. Please be patient with us as we collect the necessary information asked for on the forms.

Registration will require:
a. a birth certificate or similar document
b. social security card or number (optional)
c. proof and record of immunizations – all shots must be updated before your child starts school
d. court papers allocating parental custody (if appropriate)
e. name, address, and phone number of school most recently attended

We will also have to request records from the previous school(s) attended.  If your child is enrolling for Kindergarten, we will request Kindergarten Screening results from St. Paul Schools.  All children entering Kindergarten in Minnesota must be five-years-old before September 1st and are required to participate in Kindergarten screening before starting school.
